Library mobile app:
Download our app for your Apple, Android, or Windows device.

WiFi & Public computers:
We offer a wireless internet connection throughout the Library. (The meeting room has WiFi available for use during programs in the meeting room.) You must agree to our Internet Policy to use the Library wireless connection. Our public computers offer Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2013, and internet access. You may reserve a computer with your Cary Area Library card (need one? get one.)

Printing:
Color (50¢/page) and b&w (10¢/page) printing is available.

Web Printing:
Print from home or from your WiFi connected laptop/device in the Library. Click here to begin.

How do I print from a mobile device?
Download the PrinterOn app for iOS, Android or Blackberry devices. You can print from your device to the Library printer. Use the pay station to release your job in the Library.

Mobile Printing from email:
To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to

You will be sent a release code for the email message and each attachment. Use these release codes to pick up your documents.Email forwarding is ideal for online email portals such as Yahoo!, Hotmail or Google Mail.

 

Copying, Faxing, Scanning:
These services can all be done at the public copier. The coin box accepts quarters, dimes, nickels, dollar coins and one, five, ten and twenty dollar bills.
Copying (10¢/page for b&w, 50¢/page for color)
Faxing ($1/page)
Scanning (10¢/page)

Kill-A-Watt Meters
We have 3 meters available for checkout at the Information Center, which you may use to determine the amount of energy usage in your home or office.

 

VHS to DVD Transfer Equipment
To use the equipment, you must reserve a Study Room. There are instructions included and a VHS-C adapter is available to use. Please note: you must bring your own DVD-R or DVD-RW discs to use with the unit (DVD+R and DVD+RW discs are not supported).
