To prevent the spread of illness:

  • Stay home; travel only when essential
  • Especially stay home if you are sick and/or have flu-like symptoms (raised temperature, coughing, sneezing, body aches, etc.)
  • Practice social distancing by putting 6ft of distance between yourself and others
  • Use your sleeve or a tissue when coughing or sneezing
  • Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds with soap and water
