Lost & Damaged Items
While we are fine-free, if you lose or damage an item, you will be charged the replacement cost and will be unable to checkout any new materials until the replacement cost is paid. Please note that we do not accept materials in lieu of payment.

Payment options:

  • Cash or check at the Service Center during regular hours
  • Credit/debit card online through your Library account ($5 minimum). Log into your account and follow the on-screen prompts. Please note that you will be taken to the ePay website but you do not create a login there. Instead choose the “Skip Login and Pay” button in the lower right to complete the transaction (see image below).

Non-resident library card
If you live outside of the CAPL District and do not live within another area Library District, you may be eligible to purchase a non-resident library card at CAPL. If you are determined to be eligible, payment options are outlined above.
