Drive-Up Window

Our Drive-Up Window and return slots are located on the east side of the building (the side closer to the school). The Window is staffed during regular library hours, but you may return materials 24/7 into the return slots just past the Window.  

Holds can be picked up in the Library or at our Drive-up Window. You can change the pick-up location on a title-by-title basis when you place the hold in the catalog, or you can set your hold pick-up location to always be the Drive-up Window under My Account > My Settings > Account Preferences when logged in to your account in the catalog. If you call us to place a hold, let the staff member know you would like to pick it up at the window. When you are notified your item is available for pickup, head to the Drive-up Window and have your card handy to checkout.

Please note that we are not able to issue new library cards, answer reference questions, or complete event registration at the Window. You may instead apply for a card online, call us (847-639-4210, press 0), or contact us online for help with these services.
