More mental health resources at CAPL:
- We, of course, have many books that help with various mental health topics– here is a list of selected titles available at CAPL (in physical and e-material formats)
- Let’s Talk Kits for families & Memory Care Kits for caregivers that can help guide discussions and
activities related to emotions and memory. - Resource Binders that can connect you or your loved ones to the information, stats,
and social services you need. - Get outside in nature and visit our StoryWalk at Jaycee Park in Cary—reading books and walking
are both great for your mental health!
