CAPL Organizational Chart

Cary Area Library's Organizational chart. It is broken into the following tiers: Tier 1: District Tax Payers. Tier 2: Library Board of Trustees. Tier 3: Executive Director. Tier 4: Assistant Director/ Youth and Teen Services Manager, Administrative Services Manager, Adult Services Manager, Circulation Manager, Marketing and Outreach Manager, and Technical Services Manager. Tier 5: Under the Youth and Teen Services Manager are Y&T Program Coordinator, Teen Associate, YS Programmer, and YS Associate; under the Administrative Services Manager are the Facilities Support Staff and Administrative Assistant; Under the Adult Services Manager are the AS Program Coordinator, AS Librarian, and AS Associates; Under the circulation Manager are the Circulation Associates; under the Marketing and Outreach Manager is the Marketing Associate and Outreach Coordinator; under the Technical Services Manager are the TS Associate and TS Clerks.
