Favorite Things, December 13 – January 24
Sign up for our all ages Winter Reading Challenge beginning December 13 and receive a goodie (while supplies last). Readers can earn tickets into the grand prize drawing for each book or activity completed. Those who complete the required reading will earn a finishing prize (while supplies last). The first day to turn in completed logs and claim your finishing prize is Friday, December 27.
To track your books, we recommend downloading the Beanstack Tracker app (iOS | Android), but you may also log your reading online or print a paper log below (beginning December 13). During Winter Reading we will be collecting new and gently used winter wear/clothing items to benefit the local charity Blessing Barn. Psst: If you donate an item, you can earn an extra Winter Reading badge!
Young Readers (infants-grade 1) | print a log
Read twenty books to finish the program; read ten more books and/or complete an activity to earn a total of three grand prize drawing tickets.
Grand prizes: Choose between “Wake Me Up Before You Cocoa” (LEGO Duplo Classic brick box, Highlights Hidden Pictures, Sort and Seek Polar Animals, and more) and “A Flurry of Fun” (Building Blocks and Create A Castle, Heavy Duty Snow Tube, and more)
Independent Readers (grades 2-5) | print a log
Read two books to finish the program; read one more book and/or complete an activity to earn a total of three grand prize drawing tickets.
Grand prizes: Choose between “Cozy Up & Relax” (a wearable blanket, hot cocoa, emotional support pizza, and more) and “Let the Games Begin” (fun family games like Bananagrams, Fluxx 5.0, and more)
Teens (grades 6-12) | print a log
Read two books to finish the program; read one more book and/or complete an activity to earn a total of five three prize drawing tickets.
Grand prizes: Choose between “My Favorite Foods” ($20 gift cards to Portillo’s, Jimmy Johns, McDonalds, Starbucks, and Cary Dairy) and “My Favorite Beats” (Beats Studio Buds and a $20 Spotify gift card)
Adults (ages 18+) | print a log
